Using the Eventbrite Integration
Updated by Bailey Lawson
Connecting Eventbrite automatically imports and regularly updates your customer data in Hive. This will let you dig deeper into who your customers are and send them well-targeted email marketing campaigns.
Enable the Eventbrite Integration
- In your Hive account, click Settings in the bottom left corner > Connect Data Sources.
- Click Connect under Eventbrite.
That’s it! You’re connected. We’ll import your contacts from Eventbrite, add them to your Contact List, and consistently update them when there are new interactions with your events. You'll be able to see the full list under Eventbrite Segments on the Segments page.
Find your Eventbrite attendee data
- To see data from your Eventbrite customers in Hive, click Contacts in the left sidebar > Contact List > View all filters (in the top left).
- From here, you can navigate to the Third Party Data filters > Eventbrite.
- Filter on any of the above options to see your highest spenders, new customers, and more. Get insights on the demographics and locations of your purchasers by clicking View As Demographics or Map in the top right corner of your contact list.
Revenue Reporting
When your Eventbrite account is connected to Hive and a subscriber makes a purchase, you’ll see it attributed to the last email they engaged with (opened or clicked in the past 5 days) on a per campaign basis in your Recipient Stats.
This gives you more insight into the ROI of your email marketing strategy as well as which emails are effective at getting attendees to purchase.
Event Block
The event block in Hive’s email editor lets you drag-and-drop info from your events, directly from Eventbrite, including event image, name, venue, date and time, and link. Choose which events you want to include in your template and customize fonts and colors that represent your brand.
With the event block, you can quickly include info from Eventbrite in your emails without having to copy and paste.
